Maranello Sales Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maranello Sales Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Maranello Sales Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'submit' on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? That's fine, we're happy to refund or exchange your order either in store or by post, free of charge. See below for full details of our returns policy.

Clothing and Homeware

We are unable to offer a refund on digital cameras or digital clocks and weather stations once the box has been opened, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.

Own Purchase

After you have received your goods, you can return any clothing or home furnishing item to us for a refund (provided you have the Receipt document) or an exchange, as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You can either:

• Take the item to The Maranello Store. Please take the Receipt document enclosed with your parcel.
• Return by Royal Mail ensuring the Receipt and your contact details are included.

Gift Items

After you have received your gift, you can return any clothing or home furnishing item to us for an exchange or refund in credit vouchers, as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your gift. You can either:

• Take the item to The Maranello Store. Please take the Receipt document enclosed with your parcel.
• Return by Royal Mail ensuring the Receipt and your contact details are included.

Gift Vouchers

Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
